The Quote ticket process

1. One of our team will send you a quote with breakdown and costs to you for approval.
2. If the quote is less than $500 you can confirm by email and your request will be processed within 7 calendar days.
3. If the quote is more than $500 you must provide a written confirmation. A timeframe for completion will be given on approval.
4. If you need work done urgently (within the next 3 business days) we can prioritise for an extra cost
