The Quote ticket process
- You will receive a confirmation email when your ticket is first read by our team
- One of our team will send you a quote with breakdown and costs to you for approval.
- If the quote is less than $500 you can confirm by email and your request will be processed within 7 calendar days.
- If the quote is more than $500 you must provide a written confirmation. A timeframe for completion will be given on approval.
- If you need work done urgently (within the next 3 business days) we can prioritise for an extra cost
- If you have any questions or want an update, please give us a call.
