This is a short guide to accessing your website statistics if you are a WebSpring customer. All websites created by WebSpring are loaded with a Google Analytics account, an enormously powerful and useful statistics system.
Use the following steps to guide you through your stats package. Click on any image for a closeup of the actual pages.
1. Go to http://google.com/analytics/ and Click the "Access Analytics" button.
2. Enter your login details:
Email: username@yourdomain.co.nz
Password: Enter the password you receive from WebSpring (if you have not received a password or if you have misplaced it, Call us on 07 839 1881 or email lisa@webspring.co.nz).
3. Click the "Sign in" button.
4. The first page you are presented with shows the basic metrics about your website:
To view more detailed stats click on the "View report" link.
5. The next page you see is called the dashboard. Using your dashboard you are able to view a visual summary of your website metrics, showing trends over time.
For detailed reports click the Visitors, Traffic Sources and Content links on the left of the page.
